not going in depth for you but uh.. cripshot w/ Blackout = no..
you need at least 10 dom for blackout to break even [5s on you 5s on them] so not worth it.. at 2 dom yer hurting yourself more than them.

What do you mean by elaborate?
Anyways Blackout is there just to reset the warriors adrenaline, doesn thave to be high on dom to make it work.

Yes, this build is good. Nothing revolutionary, it's generally credited to Te. Assuming you're joking about just making it yourself.
Though I don't know why you're running earthshaker, without smite there's no great synergy reason to run it. Dev-crushing-fierce will likely be more effective.

The mesmer is indeed pretty worthless, I would reccomend putting some sort of utility there like expel hexes. (NUKE almost lost to a hex build, We eventually lost to Vibe's hex build and Cow's hex build, but we were running expel, though a lot of our spikes didn't go through due to improper calling on our caller's part)
Also, I don't see the point of having a crip shot AND a water ele. seems like a flashbot would be more effective at the stand.

Oh the Mesmer, putting in Diversion instead of Power Return instantly makes it a lot more versatile. It gives him something to do in the 20 seconds that he's waiting for Surge and Burn to recharge.

Really not seeing this.
Surge/Burn is a strong combo for obvious reasons. Blackout and Gale, also excellent in the right hands. Shatter Enchantment suits if you are adren spiking, otherwise I would go for Feedback or Inspired if you want the extra enchant removal. Drain obviously standard for energy management. The only think on there I don't like THAT much is Power Return, but that has it's uses too.

Shatter is strong in pressure builds too, it's not tied to spiking. It's also extremely potent in VoD, and is one of the best skills a mesmer can bring. You've gotta have a pretty good reason to not bring surge/burn/shatter ench./drain ench./ on a dom mesmer, those are the staples because they're strong skills with multiple uses.

1. HP + draw conditions+ward on your water elem = bad move
2. no hex management, u gonna hit a wall there
3. some sup runes to be eliminated unless u r running pve chars.
4. good warrior management in the build, if u got the right ppl to use those backouts.
5. power return ? what for ? could definitely be switched for diversion.
some mistakes but not difficult to change.

o rly, tell Te that

One more time before more random people come in to say the build is bad, this is basically a very slightly modified version of Te's balanced build that multiple teams have run into the top 10.

The build is fine..
I don't really see whats so great about the water ele though...I think an Air ele with wards would accomplish the same thing..but better. Maybe its just me..but blinding flash>blurred vision..<3 deep freeze..and doesn't need pts in water anyway. I wish you could fit ward against foes in there..perhaps a gale even.

you should consider getting your own free forum for your guild, as that's all who's posting lately.
